    Took truck in for transmission service, slight oil leak repair, and a faulty coolant sensor with no check engine light. After 2 months, received the truck, but there was a check engine light. I asked them to see what triggered it. ******* ****** took it back and said it was just the coolant sensor that they didn't repair and that it was safe to drive, even though that part didn't trigger the light before service. I made it 8 miles down the road before dropping a valve and that destroying the entire engine. I used my code reader and found 2 turbo codes, and a transmission code, all of which are registered as critical. They attempted to defraud chrysler into repairing my vehicle by trying to trick them into warranty repairing it and told me the service center would cover it if chrysler didn't. Chrysler didn't cover it and they told me they're not responsible for my engine. They wouldn't give me any paperwork showing any diagnostics that they did, and tried to continue telling me the check engine light was from my coolant sensor, even though I checked the codes myself after it broke down and the coolant sensor code they said wasn't present.

    We bought a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer June 16, 2022. The day after bringing it home problems started. Total of 16 problems during the 27 days that we had it. Problems: locked out 3 times (remote or app would not work), lane assist cuts off while driving and blinks, entertainment system would not turn on, engine light came on, message and alerts glitching while going down the road, mileage blinking for 8 days straight, the phone would not connect at times, the front screen would not come on at times, the screen was very slow at changing to different screens, beeping sounds out of nowhere, brakes applied on its own when nothing was around it, liftgate wouldn't work at times, hard to cool the car off-air blows insufficient, the volume would not work, left me stranded-wouldn't crank, car would crank on its own with no remote nearby. Every time I called, the answer was to turn it off and back on to see if the problems resolved. Problems did not go away so it was brought in for the problems. Several times the vehicle would lock down and have to be opened manually. The last straw was when supposedly everything was fixed got it back Thursday evening and the next day it wouldn't crank so they told me to open the hood and check for loose wires by the road; it had to be picked up on a rollback. I told them I did not want this vehicle. Talked to Woody Folsom personally and told him we didn't want this vehicle anymore. We asked for our trade-in money back but they would only give $4,000 of the $27,000 trade-in value. We asked them to find another brand vehicle but the payment was always ******* more than the original payment on every vehicle, new or used. We traded in our old vehicle, we don't have a loaner and we have a payment for a vehicle that we don't want and don't have. My husband and I have bought 5 new vehicles in our lifetime and we have never run across anything like this situation. We have videos as well as text messages. We are at our wits end.
