      Took truck in for transmission service, slight oil leak repair, and a faulty coolant sensor with no check engine light. After 2 months, received the truck, but there was a check engine light. I asked them to see what triggered it. ******* ****** took it back and said it was just the coolant sensor that they didn't repair and that it was safe to drive, even though that part didn't trigger the light before service. I made it 8 miles down the road before dropping a valve and that destroying the entire engine. I used my code reader and found 2 turbo codes, and a transmission code, all of which are registered as critical. They attempted to defraud chrysler into repairing my vehicle by trying to trick them into warranty repairing it and told me the service center would cover it if chrysler didn't. Chrysler didn't cover it and they told me they're not responsible for my engine. They wouldn't give me any paperwork showing any diagnostics that they did, and tried to continue telling me the check engine light was from my coolant sensor, even though I checked the codes myself after it broke down and the coolant sensor code they said wasn't present.

      TRIED TO HELP CUSTOMER TO GET REPAIRS DONE UNDER WARRANTY BUT AT THAT TIME FOUND OUT THAT THE FACTORY DEF SYSTEM HAD BEEN REMOVED WHICH MAKES WARRANTY VOID.WE THEN RELAYED ALL INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER THAT WE COULDNT GET IT COVERED BECAUSE ORGINAL SYSTEM HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH..SO AT THAT TIME WE STOPPED ALL REPAIRS TO VEHICLE AND CUSTOMER PICKED IT UP..

      The business was aware that the vehicle had no def or egr and no warranty and tried to put those parts on to defraud chrysler. See original complaint that customer was told it was safe to drive their vehicle and that the only code was a coolant sensor code, which was not there when customer got his code reader and read codes. Instead turbo codes were present that were critical to engine. Customer does not believe ******* ****** actually plugged into the obd2 port, but instead just read the information center. Customer believes dealership was negligent to let him leave with critical engine codes.

      WHEN CUSTOMER FOUND OUT THAT WARRANTY WOULD NOT PAY FOR REPAIRS..CUSTOMER PICKED UP VEHICLE ON A TRAILER AND HAULED IT AWAY..THE CUSTOMER WAS A MADE AWARE OF ALL ISSUES WITH VEHICLE AND CHOOSE FOR US NOT TO DO ANY REPAIRS TO IT..

      The business did not do a proper diagnostic, make customer aware of any codes, provide any paperwork for diagnostic, and let truck in a condition that running a diagnostic would be impossible. Most likely to cover up their own negligence in informing the customer the truck was safe to drive off the lot with the service engine light. I asked numerous times for the codes before they tore the engine apart and was never provided them. Had they ran the codes, they would have seen that they left low line pressure in my transmission, and told me it was ok to drive with turbo vanes stuck and boost unregulated.

      WHAT DOES THE CUSTOMER WANT US TO DO? HOW DOES HE SUGGEST THE PROBLEM BE FIXED? WE CAN FIX THE VEHICLE FOR THE CUSTOMER AT THERE EXPENSE SINCE IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY..OUR COMPANY DID NOT CAUSE ANY OF THE ISSUES HIS VEHICLE IS HAVING SO IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE..WE TRIED TO HELP THEM BY TRYING TO GET CHRYSLER TO WARRANTY THE REPAIRS BUT THEY WOULDNT DUE TO SOMETHING THE CUSTOMER DONE NOT US..WHEN OUR TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED THE DEF SYSTEM HAD BEEN DELETED WHEN STOPPED TRYING TO GET IT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

      In 2019 I purchased a 2015 ******** *** * from woody folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep.And Ram in ******* GA. In 2018 ******** placed a recall on the vehicle. ****** *******, and the company itself knowingly sold me this vehicle with the recall on it. One of the faults on the recall was that the electrical system could cause you to crash. Well in 2020 I crashed, and in 2021 I had some electrical jssues wrong with my vehicle. I have been trying to get the Dealership to repair my car for a year, and they would refuse to do ANYTHING!

      THIS CUSTOMER CAME TO US FOR HELP WITH THIS VEHICLE AT THAT TIME ALL THE WIRING HAD BEEN CUT AND PULLED OUT OF THE DASH..WE RECOMMEND AT THAT TIME TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO ******** ********** WHO SPECIALIZING IN ELECTRICAL WORK..IT IS OUR UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT DO WHAT DEALERSHP RECOMMENDED..THEY SO CALLED DONE REAPIRS THERE SELF..THEN THE CUSTOMER CAME BACK TO OUR DEALERSHIP REQUESTING A KEY TO BE MADE FOR THE VEHCILE..WE MADE THE KEY AND WENT AND PICKED THE VEHICLE UP ON THE ROLLBACK BUT COULD NOT DO RECALL AT THIS TIME BECAUSE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WAS STILL NOT FIXED..THE CUSTOMER CAME AND PICKED UP VEHICLE AND LEFT..WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM CUSTOMER UNTIL NOW..THERE WAS A *** RECALL WHICH IS A RADIO SECURITY RECALL ON JULY 24 2015 WHICH WAS DONE IN JANUARY 14, 2016. THERE IS A RECALL *** WHICH IS TO DUE WITH THE **********.WHICH WAS IN JANUARY 21.NO ELECTRICAL RECALL ARE OPEN NOW OR THEN..SO THERE WERE NO ELECTRICAL RECALLS ON THE VEHICLE JUST AN UPDATE..

      If I could give this dealership less than a single star, I would. Last April we bought a **** *** from here, with the promise that they would fix the smoke burned holes in the interior by upgrading it to leather. They gave us a coupon type note that says it’s good for 2 months. We asked out salesman ****** several times and he said he was waiting to get back to us. We called to speak with him because he eventually stopped communicating with us and we wanted to get this done! We were told ****** no longer worked there, so I asked to speak with the sales manager. We have NEVER heard back, calls go un-returned and the smokey and burned interior is not fixed like promised. They gave us the run around until the “promissory” note ran out. This is a fraud dealer, absolutely would not buy from them.
