They made me pay $400 for a hard tag, which I never received. I would like a refund, since I’m returning vehicle. That’s all I ask from company. My $400.Business response

The customer has a true complaint with the state of ******** ********** ** *******. As a car dealer, we are required to pay this money to the state of ******** and the customer would go to her local tag office to retrieve her hard tag. Car dealers in *******. Do not have that responsibility. She needs to handle with her local tag office and the department of revenue, she needs to undo this complaint that was unjustly filed against KNK salesCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: These people refuse to refund me my money for something I paid for, but never got. They owe me $400.

Regardless if the customer rejects our response, the system in ******* is for the customer to go their local tag office to retrieve the tag she has paid the taxes for. This $400 was forwarded to rhe ** **** ** ******* and her tag was ready to pick up in September. She failed to go pick it up. I’m sorry she is continuing the same argument, I’m unsure how else to explain the process. Please close this complaint.
