I purchased a custom zinc top table from this seller on Oct 4, 2021 via Etsy. I worked with the seller to get the description of the table agreed upon and they sent me photos and had good communication along the way, although it did take them much longer than promised to complete and deliver the table. I received the table on Dec 23, 2021. The table arrived in good condition and I was very happy with the end product. However, within 5 months of receiving the product, when the weather began to warm up in Phoenix, the table developed a large warp across the middle of the table. I immediately contacted the seller with photos and tried to resolve the situation. Before ordering, I had communicated to them the table would be outdoors in Phoenix and they assured me that there would not be an issue with that. Their solution was to offer me either 1) a 10% discount for a local vendor to correct the problem or 2) a 50% discount on a new table top. I paid $3,664 for this table! For it to be ruined within 5 months of having it was poor craftmanship and unacceptable. I contacted several local people (which there are few "zinc specialists" around, which is why I had to custom order it and have it shipped across the country to begin with) and no one would touch it because, based on the photos, the materials used were not outdoor grade materials and there was no real way to "fix" it, a completely new top would need to be made. I did not want to pay this seller another $1,500 for a table top that I have no assurance it would not happen to again. I have continued to try to contact the seller to find an acceptable resolution and they have not returned my calls or emails. I contacted Etsy to attempt to change my review so I could at least warn other buyers out there about the poor customer service, and was told that a review cannot be edited after 90 days. I am so disappointed that I could spend that amount of money and there is no recourse or accountability.
