They required a large percentage of the job as a deposit before scheduling the job. They said it would be done in five weeks. The job is not done and they will not respond to our calls or emails.Initial Complaint

on Jan 20th 2022 Greenscape Select was paid 38k deposit for a project in my backyard. They delayed the project and did nothing. They claimed th deposit had to be paid to get on the schedule. They project was never completed. Here we are in October and the project has not started. I have spoken with the owner numerous times and he had many excuses including rock and liner supply chain issues. They have not returned calls and the website is now down as well as ******* We are out of money and no project.Initial Complaint

Paid for Greenscape Select to install drainage lines, sod, dry river bed etc in our yard. They offered free financing and were paid in full. They have not performed any work. We have contacted them numerous times and always get another reason why our job is still to be scheduled. Now they no longer answer their phone and are not communicating when we text. We paid this company upfront in January 2022. They have broken items of ours, havent completed cleaning the yard, and they took 1 1/2 pallets of cement blocks they had left over from building the retaining wall. They do not answers their phone or they have us blocked. They blocked me when I went to their business ******** page and called them out. Please dont do business with themInitial Complaint

Transaction took place May 8th when a Crew Leader from GreenScape Select came to my property to give a quote for a retaining wall, area for horseshoes, pavers under deck, walkway to a firepit, build a firepit, dry riverbed and level area for playground. The job started mid June. We are left with our privacy fence demolished from dirt being piled against it, a dead tree from being hit by their bobcat, unlevel pavers 1/3 of the way under our deck, no playground are, a retaining wall with no Deadman to secure it, unusable retaining bricks for a firepit. Greenscapes quote was $20,000. We paid $10,000 so far and they refused to correct any of the faulty construction in our backyard. We've had 7 landscapers come look at this work to which none of them can believe what they see. They said they have never seen anything like it. All of the work will have to be ripped out. I asked ******, the owner if he would take the $10,000 We've already paid so I can pay someone else to fix our backyard. He said "NO! The work is complete and you signed a contract". They have posted our yard on their FB page and will not allow finished pictures because they themselves know how horrible it looks. I asked them to remove my house from their page and they refused. And if that's not bad enough, they have placed a lien on our house! We're forced to look at mud, gravel spread all over our backyard, a falling retaining wall, partial unlevel pavers, an area they call a "firepit" falling down and now have a lien on our house!!! We would like the lien removed, and $5000 of the $10,000 we paid them to have someone come fix what they have destroyed!Initial Complaint

* Date of Transaction - March 2, 2022 * Paid $892.17 on Feb. 16, 2022 * Greenway Select was hired to do gutter drainage on our home. * Job was not completed and work that was done was not done to terms of our agreement * **************** wanted to provided us with a $200 discount * Invoice No. **** We contracted Greenscape Select in **********, **. to come to our home to provide us with gutter drainage to our home. I met ***** the owner at ******** one day upon our initial conversation he appeared to be a genuine guy. He came out to out home on January 14, 2022 to provide me with a quote. I stated how I wanted my gutter drainage to look and how I wanted the work to be done. He let me know that he has done this before. He was insured and his guys were good at the work they provided. We had a few follow up questions and wanted to get a few additional quotes before making our decision. On Feb. 16, 2022 we decided we wanted to move forward. We provided him with half the payment. ***** stated that we would receive a phone call to schedule the work. That was never done. I received an email and text message the night before work was scheduled to take place. Giving us no time to prepare our day to ensure someone would be home. The works came out that morning the did not identify themselves and I was only aware that they were on my property because they knocked my internet out after it was clearly marked were the internet line was. I work from home and that was a very inconvenience. They did not do the work as discuss and made decision on the fly and did not discuss with me on how I wanted to proceed. Not only that when he initially came out to do my quote he never made mention that he didn't want to add drainage because on my gas line. Instead of speaking with on the day on the job he just added the drainage and left it exposed. This is unprofessional work.
