Order #XXXXX: On 9/22/2021 I ordered and paid for direct printed cornhole boards. I sent images in to have West Georgia Cornhole edit and provide a design proof. I paid $166.64 for this service/request. Caleb Vines showed me a copy in small print that looked okay as he edited the image to make it fit on the board. At no time did he advise that there would be an issue with the printing of the tops due to image quality. At no time, did he request a different image, or convey that the image is low quality. The tops were printed and shipped on October 19, 2021. Per their website, they advised would be shipped between October 11, 2021 through October 13, 2021. I received later than advised. I received the cornhole board tops on October 20, 2021. One of the board tops was as ordered. The Boise State board top was blurry, a corner was missed during print, and not as desired. I inquired to West Georgia Cornhole immediately after receiving the products. It took 2 days for West Georgia Cornhole to respond. After they reviewed my information. Lindsey Reeves, Customer Support Specialist advised: "Unfortunately when the items are printed on the larger canvas, the images can become blurry if not a high enough resolution was provided. In this proof you can see the missing corner and difference in resolution between the two tops. Unfortunately this would have needed to be addressed prior to printing the approved artwork. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! If you would like a new top to be made, it would need to be repurchased. If you are interested in this I can invoice you for a single top instead of a pair." My thoughts are: I should have been warned, informed that they "might" be blurry, or not turn out the way I wanted. I was not asked for a better resolution or changing out images. Had I known, I might not have ordered or could have possibly altered my image for what was desired.
