              This Company is all about raising prices, not following Housing Authority guidelines, taking tenants out unlawfully, as well as using subsidize housing for their own personal form of ******. This company does not take care of their property most of the apartments are out of date and not being fixed except the ones that are rented out for a guest with their ****** business. This is hurting families in Warner Robins. I have watched as he puts tenets out and throws their belonging so far in the trash they could never retrieve them someone is kicked out once a weekend. As well as this property being subsidized housing they are following none of those guidelines as well as has a property manager that sexually harasses tenants. When a tenant complains they get kicked out please beware
