I took my car there for repairs. I paid them in full for all the repairs. One of the repairs was on back order. After waiting over a month I asked for a refund for the parts that I was waiting to come in. They refuse to give me my money back because of a survey I took with them. The manger said he didn't like my response what was told to me by the manger Patrick. After telling me that he hung up on me during conversation. I do not want them working on my car. I have no panels or money from this company. They are trying to force me to wait on them and not give me my money for work they have not done yet.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/09/22) */ We apologize you feel you had a bad experience at our shop. Since COVID back order parts have become an issue. Your door trim panel, unfortunately, was on backorder. Our company policy does not allow us to deliver cars without full payment. Your door panel is at our shop. They have tried to contact you to complete the repair or you can pick up the panel at your convenience.
