The consumer hired the business to replace part of her roof. The business replaced it with 2 different color shingles but also the roof is leaking.Initial Complaint

Jermaine Salters was contracted by the homeowner to do remodeling of the bathroom and replace floors. This was over two months ago and the job is not complete. My husband and I have called and called. No answer from Mr. Salter. We have have messaged him on his ******** profile and he finally calls back only to stall and still get no results or refund. The homeowner paid over $3000 for these repairs and nothing. This is outrageous and Mr. Salter has been doing this to innocent and hard working homeowners all over Macon and Warner Robins, Ga. Unfortunately , we found this information out after the fact. This is horrible business and he is ripping off hard-working Americans.Business response

Salter Home Improvement was paid to install flooring and replace bathroom shower. We never had any dealings with (******** *******) only the husband. Me. ******* did not want to pay extra for putting down the shoe molding on top of the floor. We installed all of the floors and the bathroom was gutted out. I informed him that in order for me to fix the leaking drain and shower pan, it would be extra but Mr. ******* didn’t want to pay me. Mr. ******* stated that he didn’t need my services anymore but went behind my back and used my employees to complete the job after he said we was doing a terrible and poor job. I am in process of putting a lean on Mr. ******* property for my ******* of $3,500. I will also be filing a complaint against Mrs. ******* for defamation of character.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This man is a liar and this has been done to several people in this area. The job wasn't complete and Jermaine Salters took the money and never paid the workers. Fraudulent and a disgrace.
