I am looking for assistance with M&M Lawn Maintenance the address is *****************************************************. The basics of the situation are as follows: I requested a delivery of ********, they brought fill dirt. I requested delivery of ******** on **********, they delivered on the **** when we were not home. I left a marker where I wanted the material dumped, they left it in the middle of my yard. There was an extra $50.00 delivery fee added. I called the office the today they wanted $200.00 to pick up the wrong material. I am looking for a mediator to help resolve this matter. Can you please provide a list of mediators so I don't have to go to court. Thank you, *****************************Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/05/30) */ Thank you for the opportunity to respond. When we made delivery of the product, the customer was not home. We called him and waited quite a while for a response. Understanding that he was not able to respond at that time, we made the decision to go ahead and leave the product. We were never informed by Mr. ******* that he had left a stake in the yard. We never noticed it. We apologize for any part we have played in this breakdown in communication and we will be happy to come remove the product for free at Mr. *******'s convenience.
