I am in need of a refund for the amount of $423.00 that I paid for the service.On May 19,2023. I contacted Summer Plumbing to repair the toilet in my lakehouse. Your company promptly sent a repair technician to assess the issue. The technician assured me that he would contact me as soon as he had ordered the necessary filter and would subsequently arrange a follow-up visit to complete the repair.However, when the technician left the toilet completely stopped working, meaning that it wont even flush now since our conversation, and I have not received any further communication from Summer Plumbing. Unfortunately, my toilet remains in a non-functional state, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort for my family and me.Considering the lack of response and the ongoing issue with my toilet, I kindly request an immediate refund of the amount I paid for the service. Given the circumstances and the prolonged delay in resolving the problem, I trust that you will expedite the refund process.my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received from your company.
