I placed my mobile order at 7:07PM on 9/24/22 and upon placing the order the Hardee's app said the order was going to be ready at 7:13 PM, one of my debit accounts was charged the total amount of the order, and I received an E-Mail receipt. When i ask for the order they say they never received any order. I show them my e-mail receipt from hardee's and i also show them my Hardee's app showing the order was waiting to be picked up, including the details of the payment method i used to pay for the order. They get the manager and i show her the same details of the receipt and the app.. she tells me she is not responsible for the order, she refuses to make the order, and refuses to give me a refund for it as well. She ignores the fact i keep showing her the receipt i have for the order and i also showed her my account where i was charged by "Hardees Online" for this order. She repeats she isn't responsible for the order and that it's "Between me and the app" So i left with no food, no refund. I simply want my refund then i will never return to this business which i used to go daily. Note: My receipt included the payment method, last four digits of my card i used, the time the order would be ready, and the address of this restaurant, store number of this restaurant, and the receipt also said with any issues regarding my order, to contact this restaurant who refuses to oblige their duty and render the services i paid for. Attached is a screenshot of my order in the app, two screenshots showing the emailed receipt, and a screenshot of my statement where the funds were taken.
