During ***** 2022, Mr ****** *******, sent a ************* to repair a leak under kitchen sink. Mr ******* "tightened" connections & declared the problem solved, I paid $125 for this "service". Problem NOT solved, so I reported that the the boss, Mr. *******. Mr. ******* came back & replaced a flexible hose. Paid $16 for the hose, Sink continued to leak. Because of the Easter/Good Friday timeframe & company from Texas, it was a couple weeks before I called Mr. *******. I called twice, getting voicemail. I left messages. I received no contact from Mr, *******. The 3d time I called, I informed him I was filing a complaint with BBB, He returned my call immediately, telling me he'd "tell ***** to call." Mr. ******* called, telling me he'd call the next morning to arrange a time. To date, no one from the company has called to arrange appointment, nor has come to fix the leak. I paid for a service I did not receive. It is apparent the company does not intend to provide the service.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/06/15) */ **************************** consumer waited three weeks to call. We went back out and only charged for the hose, no labor. The leak is coming from somewhere else as there are multiple things under the sink. Requesting the consumer email us and let us know exactly what she needs us to do. Business also states consumer has cancelled in the past on them when they were trying to come out for other reasons. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/06/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Business' response is inaccurate. The leak came from one of the inlet flexible hoses. How do I know? Because my retired diesel mechanic replaced the leaking one. BTW he has no plumbing credentials, as I expected the business plumber would have. I will call the business as requested in their reply.
