      On July 30, 2022 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, a drive out tag was assigned to the car. I paid $4000.00 cash for this vehicle, they stated they did not have the title transferred in their name so it had to be sent to the state and I would get the title via US MAIL. I trusted the fact that they would take care of the titlework. The drive out tag has since long ago expired, we can not drive the vehicle with the expired drive out tag. I have numerous calls to them, speaking with *******. They will not respond to my calls and I have not gotten the title. This is 4 months ago, by law, they are to present a transferred title to the new buyer within 45 days, has not happened. I have bill of sale and documentation to show I paid for the car $4000.00 cash. I need the title for this vehicle and they are avoiding my numerous phone calls. I need you to step in and help me obtain this title, I paid for the car, I did everything required, they on the other hand, will not respond or send a title. This vehicle was purchased to replace a vehicle that was no longer road-worthy and has just sat in my yard with its expired tag! I have read several complaints similar to mine so this should not be an isolated event that you have had to deal with. I paid for the car, I demand my title.

      i am very sorry for this misunderstanding about the title.  I have the title here and I thought she was coming to get it but i gues i misunderstood.  I have had alot going on and i am the only one working here doing the title and was out the last 3 months just coming in a few days a weekdue to my momma being very ill and almost lost her .  I know this is not her problem.  I did not know she had even been trying to call.  I will send her the title out Asap.  Once againg I am very sorry for the misunderstanding of this matter.

      I bought a 2013 ****** Altima from this dealership. It was nothing but problems I contacted them to fix the motor mount, the a/c, and also the latch for my trunk since it didnt always close. The Salesman ****. Always gave me the run around but was quick to ask for payments! and when it was time to get the tag for the vehicle I couldnt do so due to them failing to file proper paperwork with the GA tag office. This business is selling lemon vehicles with no titles and repoing them after they get your money. (they repod my vehicle because they dont have the title for it and once i told them i would be suing them in court for my money back they repod my car) I have tried multiple times to get my money back from them. **** is very disrespectful and talked to me with no respect so Im filing this complaint in hopes to get this unprofessional business shut down and my money back!. Also when i went to get my belongings out of the vehicle they stole $60 out of the dash department and the **** of sale and all other paperwork showing i bought the vehicle from them! Also another problem was **** didnt update my payment information from the day i bought the vehicle so its basically showing I havent made any payments in their system but luckily i kept receipts! **** also stated other customers are going through these problems so if this is a known problem why are they still selling these cars?!

      i DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS BOY CONTIUES TO HARASSHME **** THE BBB  He did not pay his payment he never comlaint nout anything til it went up for repo vwhen it did go into repo he took the *** off and hide the car for months.  The only thibg he left in the car weas smoking  dope and the papers which he removed and only remove that.  his papers are in the car.  he was **** behind never paid a car payment cause he was paying on his downpayment and never finish that 

      He had no insurance on the car where i could get hm a tag until around the 24 of may and it to lapsed

      pleas do not let him to contiue to use the BBB in this way He has threatened me he has disrepected me. i will be filing charges on him for his continuing to harass me

      I purchased the 2007 Acura MDX February 19,2022 from KMB AUTO SALES LLC ****** ** and it's been nothing but problems, the lady who sold me the car promised to fix everything that was wrong with the vehicle which she has yet to do,I spent **** on the car and I just found out it has a lien on it April 5 the tag will be expired I've been asking for my money back because I can't get a title and it's a lemon, can't get to work because the leak it has not can I take my daughter that has Austim to her appointment, literally been losing money because of the problem, just wanted my money back because I know they're not going to get my title it's really frustrating situation,at this point I don't know what else I can do just need help
