We purchased our home from J & B Homes in July of 2020. Since we have purchased this brand new home there has been many problems with the home. The lots in the neighborhood were not properly graded so the water from the neighboring lots are eroding the hills surrounding our home. The builder planted some small creeping junipers on the hill but the problem continues.The shower wasn't tiled correctly so they had to retile it twice. The glass shower door leaks and their resolution was to install a new shower door but it is the same brand so it is also low quality.In June 2022 the main water line to our home started leaking and we had to hire a plumber to repair that.This weekend our septic system started malfunctioning. There are only 2 toilets in the home but they both don't work correctly. When you flush them they are often clogged even when there is only liquid in the toilet. Large bubbles come up from the toilet. If you plunge the toilet in the master bedroom, the large bubbles come up in the toilet in the other bathroom. We don't flush any feminine products or wipes in either toilet. We have only lived here for a little over 2 years.
