The BBB has reached out to Mr. Slaton via USPS and Email and has left multiple messages. Consumers allege that the purchase rebuilt engines form company with outlined specs upon arrival the engine is a used old engine nonfunctioning very well spray painted. Other Consumers allege that they purchase engines from company ranging from 10K – 70K  company state's they were  through eBay and Never to receive engine. eBay has severed their partnership with Yunick Motorsports.

              I had ordered an engine from this business (**** ******** and was promised a certain engine with certain items. I did not get these items nor was this engine built with those items. It was also shipped with out items as well that where suppose to be included with this engine. This engine was suppose to be new and it had used parts in it. I had paid $16500 for this engine plus shipping. I had also had to pay for the extra parts that where suppose to come with the engine and never got. The engine blew up in the vehicle and I had it inspected by a professional builder and stated to me that this engine is not what you had ordered and guaranteed (in email stating what I was suppose to get) I have also come to learn that this person has also done multiple fraud cases before in GA and had pled guilty. I have supporting documents to this as well.

              Yes, this is a crooked company. I paid this company $****** upfront for two motors for my boat supposedly upon completing the engines and were ready to ship a wire the other ****** to them. Never received anything from them. No engines no more calls. No more emails I have all documented emails phone calls to this company one employee has put me off and off for almost 2 years, Ive recently reached out to the owner of the company which is now blowing me off. I am filing criminal charges against the company and the owner called white-collar crimes.
