      I cant brag on this shop enough. They went beyond my expectations,actually they deserve a 10 plus. I carried my boat for repairs such as a tube up, and other such things but the biggest part was having it painted. Oh man, it looks brand new! They went out of there way and detailed it twice because I didnt pick it up when they had it ready for me the first time , so it had collected dust and then they detailed it again! Wow! Hey, I forgot the price of having it painted, guess what ****** did?, He may not what me to tell this, he allowed me to finish paying him at a later date . You cant get better than that! Also trustworthy as well! ******, you and your wife , you cant get better than what you stand for I will always do business with yall and will send customers your way! People if you want your boat fixed right and also the suitable pricing Go there ! I promise you, You will experience the best service you deserve Thank you ****** and wife!

      best ever at what they do, greaat communication with each step of the way, highly recommend Full Throttle to everyone int he are. my cousin even drives here from ******* to get his boat and ski mainteneance and any other needs with them. very knowledgeable, they will explain everything in detail to make sure you undestand it all before they do anything. A+++++++++++++

      Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! ****** the owner of the shop is a rude conman and a scammer. I had my trailer towed there due to it breaking. He quoted me $850 to get it fixed. He billed my insurance company $1321.00 to do the work! He refuses to let me pay for my trailer to pick it up. I had to called Cherokee county So to have them come with me to have my boat released by this company! They made me pay in cash for the work and refused to take my credit card. They are liars, cheats and shisters! Do NOT take your boat or trailer to this business. With the sheriff there he video taped me, my son, our license plates, and our vehicles. He tried to touch my boat in which he had no authority to do to take pictures of it as well. He also tried to sell me services for my boat which were not needed!!! $1,600.00 to be exact! My insurance agent had issues with this man and his temper as well.       The worst, most lying self-centered ***** I have ever met. Never want to deal with anything like you again. Crazy people usually don't know how crazy they are. Your wheel fell off because of lack of maintenance just like your boat is falling apart from lack of maintenance and how careless you are of personal items, your floor was so soft we almost fell through it, the whole boat was oxidized, that boat is unsafe to be on the water or the road, your seats are trashed and foam is exposed, your floors are rotten and soft not safe to walk on, there is nothing holding your engine cover/sundeck which weighs about 200lbs. and we have told you that if this flies off while your towing it you can cause serious damage or worst, thats how ******* you are. At least have the courtesy or the common sense to put a strap on it. you were so consistent of getting a price prior to us looking at the boat so we gave you a ballpark price of the $850 we also mentioned that the price will be adjusted accordingly if the boat gets here and we find additional damages. You were also aware of the additional $250 for claim time which includes pictures, estimate write up and contacting your insurance company. not sure why you are complaining... we serviced and greased the other wheel(hub) at no cost, we cleaned all the oil on your seats from the tire being in there while it was towed and made a big mess at no cost, we even fixed the bent in your fender and fender support at no cost. Let me tell you that we were just nice because we are nice but you crossed the line for demanding things and trying to get free service and telling us how to do our job. there is a thin line between being nice and being taken advantage of and you tried hard to take advantage of everything. let me tell you your husband does not work here if you even have one, no one here will take your unreasonable demands you raising your voice does not get things done and we will not reply back "Yes *****" not sure how anyone can tolerate your crazy behavior. You are a lying piece of trash who starts to make things up when things dont go as planned to make themselves look like the good guy. Youre the kind of crazy who will go viral because its entertaining for todays world. Well you were the entertainment for both our business, your insurance agent as well as the sheriffs you dragged out here twice because you were too arrogant to understand that yes we can refuse to take a card payment from a psycho like you. We never had any issues with your insurance agent, let me tell you he just wanted to pay your claim so that he would not have to put up with you any longer, and the sheriff was not out here because we would not release your boat but because your son walked in the first day to pick it up with the phone on his ear having a conversation while he threw the credit card on the desk, and yes we told him that it is rude to do business while youre on the phone and it is rude to throw your card at the desk. These were common sense things he should have known being a grown man or should have been thought but the apple does not fall far from the tree. He was asked to step out and finish his conversation and then we will help him. We then told him that we cannot take a payment from him and release the boat to him because he was not on the invoice and we did not have a signature from him and considering his attitude and your calls we knew exactly what you were trying to do on having our son make a card payment and then dispute it. What a way of teaching your kid how to be a thief. we needed you there in person to sign and pick up. He then called the cops and said we were refusing to release his boat, the sheriff *** and said exactly what we had told him your mom needs to pick up the boat herself. The sheriff left and so did your son, we called you to let you know that when you come to pick up the boat we will only accept cash payment, due to all the commotion we had to deal with. You said we dont have the right to refuse your payment method and that you will be coming in with a sheriff to teach us that. The owner came in with a fever just so he could be here to help you out thats how nice he is for considering his customers, You came in with the sheriff and threw your card at the desk just like your son, said you did not need him to be here, to go home, just screaming out your lungs, we very nicely reminded you of the phone conversation letting you know we will not take a card payment, you argued that you dont have cash, when the sheriff told you that we have the right to refuse your card payment you walked to your car very upset and brought he cash you already had counted and ready to exact change. You just wanted attention or you like arguments or not sure what the deal is with you but Ill have to say your elevator does not quite reach the top flooryou are a lying thief. let me also mention that we do have your craziness on video and that you just may get replies to this review just to let you know how entertaining you were. And no this is not a threat is a warning to those reading this, if you plan on coming here and raising your voice and trying to get thigs for free and intimidate us with calling the cops, do me a favor and take your business elsewhere youre your stupidity will be tolerated. We dont work under pressure or demands. We are hated by a few but loved by thousands unlike this ****** here who is hated by thousands and hopefully at least loved by her son. We are very love and have thousands of returning customers because the slimes and satisfaction of our customers is our top propriety, we love helping people and yes we also hang out with many on the lake. This is not just a job for us this is our life so we take pride in everything we do.

      Once again the rant says everything for itself! If you want to deal with this type of crazy and drama this shop is for you!! If you want any reputable company DO NOT use them!

      Very unprofessional and rude! I expected to be told their protocol when you dropped off, but no. They just had me fill out a form and leave. Never mentioned what they charge or what it would cost to fix my jet ski, just did what they thought needed to be done to it and called when it was time to pick up and pay the bill. I even tried to tell the man who had me fill out the drop off/contact form what we thought the problem was and needed fixing, but apparently they didn't listen to my concern as the asked what was wrong with my jet ski when I picked up! Also, they never told me they charge for credit cards until I arrived. They also proceeded to try and get more money from me for telling me what needs to be fixed on my trailer and other jet ski that I never listed on my form. I wanted was on the form taken care of. But what makes me irate, is how the owner was so disrespectful and rude to my Google review of how I felt about my experience. That's what reviews are for! He said I should change my name to Karen and I'm a negative person, and was just very disrespectful! He even said he'd gladly issue me a refund and I even called and spoke to him and told him to, but he has ignored me and proceeded to talk over me and called me crazy and said I was asking for handouts. I never even mentioned a refund, he said he'd GLADLY ISSUE me one and I feel I deserve it with how they've treated me. Not once did Arthur try to listen to my concern and understand it. Very unprofessional! They have lied about getting me a refund (which I'm still expecting/hoping they'll actually do like he said) and how long it took to fix my ski. Said it took less than a week, when it took them a week to even get to, which I understand, but it took about two weeks for me to hear from them after I dropped my jet ski off. I just want them to learn to listen to their customers, be respectful, and give a heads up on cost before calling and saying they're ready to pick up. I even had to ask them what the charge was! Apparently, they tell you what you owe when you pick up and hope you can afford it! Lastly, co-owners/employees apparently told Arthur I said I wanted to start my jet ski before paying to make sure it ran, which it wouldn't for long when I dropped it off, and he mentioned that in the phone call I made. Seems like common sense that you test something to make sure it starts/is supposedly fixed before you pay for it and leave. Anyways, I've seen common sense isn't common at Full Throttle! Like how to talk to customers. Very disappointed!

      Congratulations on being the first one to leave a BBB review in 10 years Karen. This is not Walmart for you to come in and get something only to return it and get your money back. It is very obvious that you are very used to this and you for sure abuse the system to get what you want based on all your reviews you have left for other hard-working businesses. We had notes with your invoice stating what you thought the problem may be and we went based on that. We always call and go over everything that needs to be done with prices to get an ok from the customer and that's when you said you don't want the trailer work to be done. we did not call you just for the trailer... you said to do everything but the trailer and that you guys will take care of the trailer. No, we did not try to get extra money we just told you what needs to be done and asked what you want done. When you came to pick up you said you did not know that a lake test was not a part of the $200 diagnose which means that you were already aware of the fee. when we called you crazy Karen you state that, "yes I'm crazy, now give me my refund." it's a shame that you are used to hand out yes, I will say it again... Why did you get rid of your google review if you are not lying here? You stated in your review that we called you to pick up your boat after only 1 week. It took you three weeks to pick up your skis and we did not even charge you for storage. You are a very rude and lying customer. Don't tell us how to run our business yes, we deal with thousands of people and every one of them are very satisfied and we never had to deal with a customer who tried to lie to us and try to make us look bad just to get a refund. This is a family owned and operated business, which means we are all aware of what is going on with every customer and job, you cannot lie and say something else just to get a refund. We are not the government for you to milk and get free money, I's a shame you are used to abusing the system, get a job. I'm glad this is the first BBB review as all readers will get a kick out of it. Enjoy your time on the billboard Karen...

      Wow, you are so unprofessional it's amazing! I didn't like about anything, YOU did, MULTIPLE times! You called me ONCE to tell me that my ski was ready and what the cost was, which I had to ask for before you hung up. I was never given an estimate until that phone call! And there's the lie about you "gladly giving" me a refund, which I accepted based on the circumstances, but also realize that you will never give because your a liar! Someone leaves you a bad review and you call them a Karen, liar, and unemployed because they gave you an honest review based on their experience. Oh, and thanks, but I have a full-time job that is how I was able to pay y'all the amount you never told me before you called and told me it was ready to pick up. All I ask is that you learn from this experience, which was the point of my review in the first place.
