This company hired me as a worker to paint this interior house.Certapro painters Certapro of Alpharetta ********** ********************* Commercial sales Associate Cell *********** He make me sign a contract to paint the whole basement of the house. I bought all the supplies and the paint. and he supposed to pay me back for all the work.They said the customer was not happy after she gave me the check for the job.I went to the company and give them the check for $1200 And they never pay me anything.I talk to them several times and call them but not response. I work for free. I spend like more than 6 hours with my friend and spend everything and never get paid.This company do this to a lot Hispanic people. They treat us bad after all work done.

************** did 1 project with us and was paid the agreed upon amount in October of 2023. This project was residential and therefore ************** never worked directly with **** but with our production team only. The check cleared on 10/23/2023. The client did send him with a check the day he "completed" the project but called the office right away to let us know that the ceiling still showed very visible signs of repair and asked us to send someone else with a higher skill level to truly blend the repair as was promised upon her signing her contract, which we did and at no cost to **************. All materials were also purchased on our company accounts as agreed in his contract therefore not directly from his personal funds. We have not received any communication from ************** since the completion and retrieval of his check in October of 2023. Our company honors any and all contracts and will be happy to provide documentation if needed.Initial Complaint

On July 30, 2021 I had CertaPro company come do our community repairs. They did not do the repairs properly. They installed 28 boards around the garage frames on 18 Units. The wood was not dried before installation. Every two months the wood leaks through the prime and paint. I have warranty. I can't seem to get CertaPro come back out to repair there mistake under warranty.Business response
