However, when consumers try to cancel their contract, they are told they cannot cancel without having to paying a hefty cancellation/termination fee. On January 22, 2024, Redwood Personal Training, Inc. responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern:
We have detailed the very specific information that is provided in signed agreements, and the purpose of a signed agreement is to ensure that the parties are both clearly aware of this information. This aspect of the Business Profile will be updated once additional information becomes available.
