      From the time they did the inspection till the time they finished the roof Best Choice roofing was nothing but spectacular. Forest my salesman was absolutely great and ****** the general manager oversaw the installation and inspected the finished product. I highly recommend Best choice roofing for all your roofing needs. They are a top notch company.

      Company in ************ ***. Person by the name of *** came to my house even though there's a no solicit sign. On my window. Told him I was not interested he left a card anyway. This was on Thursday the 7th. I called his office made a complaint the same guys are back today the 9th. Again the no solicit sign is still in the window. These guys represent their company without respect. If they come again I'm calling the police for a complaint against them.

      BCR Sales Consultant ****************************************** ( ******** *******) professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of the "roofing process' was beyond reproach!! she was very patient and entertained all questions I had. She explained everything and never tried to influence me on anything outside of what I wanted concerning a roof replacement. ***** was totally awesome!! *************************** **********, *******

      This company is very unprofessional will never use them again they do no calls no shows been asking for paperwork for over a month never did send it pick up date for checks when job complete no calls no show and rush you before the final inspection is even done

      Door knocking (4TH time) sign said urgent Roof has been compromised.This was On my door when I returned home,I left After sunset! Guess people still-Give them permission to Inspect further?Ive told them this neighborhood is signed No Solicitation , when I talked to one of Their salespeople!

      Absolutely not the people you want to do your roof they are sneaky and are only in it for the money they got employees to lie about paper work and money I was a project Manger for them and I was asked to lie on papers that I done when I went to collect money they have to ask you to rate how the process went for you and when they have bad ratings I was asked to not put what they said because the managers lose money they will also charge you 75 dollars for 1 peice of decking that is *************************************************************************************************** **** dollars for **** miles of driving which is not what I was promised they are very sneaky people and do not deserve you business I would hire anyone to do my roof before I would them they are a terrible company to work for and do business with I give them a 0 out of 10 and I didnt have my roof done but them I worked for them and seen the s**** so many people definitely promise you that you dont want to do business with them

      I was impressed from beginning to the end The sales lady's ********/****** very professional and knew their product well.. " not bad looking either ". Lol Anytime I had a question and they did not know the answer ? They went to their supervisor got the answer and followed up in a timely manner. Also if I called her she (********) did not never answer she was always available. Thanks Maddy Great Job. As for the Roofing crew *****/****** was nothing less than Outstanding. They worked smart and detailed in what they did. They kept and always left the home w a clean and professional atmosphere at all times. Thanks fellas. last but not least I had a situation that had me interact w the internal office personel and that was ******* the accounts receivable lady " yeah the one that gets the $$$ ". We had a problem w the insurance checks being lost via mail and she fixed and expedited the problem to a positive situation. Thanks *****.. all in all I had a 5 star roofing company that installed *******... The Owner of the company "****" was available to answer questions if I needed one on a short notice. They had a smooth and professional approach from the beginning to the signings The Certificate of Completion tbanxs TDW
