Shout out to ********** at Camping World, *********, **.***** referred me to the ****************************** who were able to buff out the passenger side molding for a fraction of the price estimated at Camping World.Review from Robert H

Horrible! They have done nothing but lied about needing warranty approval when I have every warranty offered. Then it was waiting on parts and then today we find out they just ordered the parts. I have no room for lying. Just admit you messed up. This is assuming you can get them to return a phone call or email.Review from Chuck G

The service department has been attempting to perform a recall on my new 2023 ************ Scope for a Thule awning. After 4 attempts, the recall was performed and now the awning doesn't work at all - - does not extend or retract. This last attempt was May 19th, I discovered this when I picked up my camper and checked the awning for operation. The service department did not check their work at all. I have been in contact weekly, now it going on 5 weeks, and still no calls from service nor Thor Warranty about getting this repaired. No matter how many emails or phone calls I make, nothing seems to get Camping World Woodstock to contact me and get this repaired. Terrible service department and neither the manager or advisors will call you back requesting a status.Review from Kristy M

We paid ****** for a diagnostic on our camper not including parts needed. We decided not to fix the camper when we were quoted **** to fix it., when we got our camper back, it was demolished !!! Parts were strewn everywhere and not out back . The parts that we paid for were not the right parts. Imagine going in for a car diagnostic when the check engine light comes on. It is like ripping your dashboard out and telling you to pick the car up with the wires and parts on the floor. In addition to trashing the back seat and leaving garbage all over the place in your car. I disputed the transaction with my bank and am also filing a complaint with consumer affairsReview from Daniel D

File Complaint on 4/4/2022 (********) about work done on my jeep wrangler about tow bar and braking system. Camping World of Woodstock paid for the repairs ($1094.55) on 4/07/2022. I would have to give them 5 stars for covering the cost of the extra cost on the Jeep.
