My bill for my fathers memory care has gone up. I was told to email the billing ***** I have emailed several times and no one will get back to me. I called up there and was told that no one will take billing questions and just to keep emailing the billing *****, that doesn't return emails. Meanwhile, they just keep billing me more. NO ONE will help me with this while the charges just keep going up. I am very frustrated and my impression when calling there is that they get so many complaints that no one will talk to me. There isn't even a phone number for billing, the number on the statement is the facility. I've trusted the care of my father to them, they can at the very least call me or email me back. I *************************** worked here roughly a month an my Paycheck isnt right I had 116 hours an I got ****** Im suppose to have overtime as well they wouldnt allow me to sit down an talk sign it to see my ADP hours etc they also need state to come in as they arent following assisted living they have people there needing skilled nursing i wa forced to work with a resident rm 211 B who has covid they have no mask etc I quit after pulling doubles working 116 hrs an my check wasnt right
