The owner won't come back to find the mistakes and finish the job. I've called and texted. He says he is coming but is a no show. It's taken 24 months to complete my new construction project because of the incompetence of the workers. After finally getting the electricity hooked up by the major electric company, none of the wiring worked. It has been 2 months since and the house is not **************** per the construction plans. This company sends workers who either aren't licensed, or don't know how to trouble shoot. The owner says he will come back but we are still waiting. I can't finish drywalling until he finishes his job. What irks me the most is he begs me to pay him in full before the job Is done. I've paid him $10,000 and haven't received what he's charged me for. The bathroom light never goes off, he purposely disconnected the plug in the hallway once he saw it was wired wrong, he installed the incorrect plug for the ** outlet (it requires a 50 amp and he put a gfci outlet outside for the rv).Business response

Good evening.
My name is *******************************. I'm the owner of Qualified Electric Specialist. I am contacting you in reference to the Case # ********
We started work on ******************** project in June of 2021. This project was an electrical new construction project and *************** was acting as the general contractor. We gave *************** a price and she accepted. We proceeded with the electrical rough-in stage of the project. Once we finished the rough-in stage, *************** asked us to do additional work which consisted of adding a 120v GFCI plug for her RV and do some additional wiring for a detached building. We completed the job and called the county inspector for our rough in inspection. The inspector requested that we correct a few items and we promptly did as he asked and passed the rough in inspection. Fast forward 2 years down the road to June 2023. *************** called us back and stated she was ready for us to come and do the trim phase, which involves installing outlets switches and light fixtures. This part of our job can not be completed unless all drywall work is completed and paint is done. *************** was not fully ready for the electrical trim because there were several places still missing drywall and not complete. But, we proceeded with the installation since *************** had been working on this project for 2 years and doing most of the work herself. We finished up the install so *************** could call the inspector to come and release her power. The inspector came out and passed the electrical install, but did not release her power, until she finished installing her drywall. *************** finished her drywall about 3 months later, she called the inspector back and he released the power. Once the power was on, there were a few things that did not work due to covered outlets from drywall install and common wiring mistakes. We proceeded to troubleshoot and fix all the wiring. I personally made sure everything worked before I left and *************** paid all her bill except for $325.00. I will be happy to come back out and resolve anything *************** is unsatisfied with. I have tried to call and text *************** but she will not return my calls or respond to text. Hopefully we can get this resolved and move forward.
Thank you,
**********************************
