I have been a patient of Aloha dentist center since about 2018,2019 to present.I have had all my teeth removed per ********************* leaving me with only 6 teeth on the bottom. (Impossible to eat anything)Dental impressions were taken for the top & bottom dentures. 2-3 months later only the bottom denture arrived went into ************************** office to put on the denture and it didn't fit it was too small.********************** apologized and said "SORRY it's the wrong denture and I will have it fixed at no cost. Again Dental impressions were made for the bottom.6 months from the date of original dental impressions top denture arrives and again it doesn't fit because it's too big. Again ********************* apologizes and says it's the wrong denture and will have it fixed at no cost. Dental Impressions were taken again.(Well, that happened all in 2018 - 2019 and still no dentures and eating blended and soft food.)Went for my dental appt. in January 2023 and ****** says they cannot treat me because they have no Records on file of me and wanted me to fill out papers to treat me.At this point after 4-5 yrs. without teeth and not eating normally I had enough of their excuses and left the office. Called back around February spoke to ****** and told her I just want a refund she said she will call me back. Never called back.3-8-23 called again and spoke to ****** to give me a refund and (because I don't have all my teeth my words don't come out clearly I passed the phone to my wife to talk for me.)again I asked to speak to the Doctor.****** says she will have him call back. No callback.3-29-23 called again & asked to speak to the Doctor or have the Doctor call me back.Till today no phone calls were ever returned. However, they sent my wife an Email to sign the ***** forms.All we want is our full refund for the dentures that were never given to us so we can purchase new dentures from another trusted Dental office. *There should have never been any Denture errors since Dental Impressions were made several times.*How can you not have records of me if you called to schedule an appt. in 2023 *Hmsa has informed me they have records & dates of all Dental visits.*Don't want to take this case further unless I have to.*Just want to live the rest of my life eating normal foods and enjoying life at 69yrs.old.*I understand and sorry that the late ********************* has passed however there is no reason to follow through with Patients.Business response
