      Ordered a number of shirts from Crazy shirts. The order number is *******. I never received the order and promptly contacted Crazy Shirts. It appears the order was misdelivered or lost. Representative ******* assured me they would process a replacement/reshipment or provide a refund which they did NOT do either of.

      I have been able to speak with our ************** and identified the snafu.  I can confirm that the refund (in full) was issued to **** on 4/19 ($567).  We did dispute the cc chargeback (as we had already issued the refund).  I do hope this clears everything up.  Thank you very much!

      In 2020 this company began sending unwanted catalogs to my home with an address that included the name "******************* or current resident." I have never heard of this company so I contacted them to remove my address from all future mailings and cease all contact. Unfortunately in 2021 they decided not to honor this simple request and sent another catalog, this time in the name "********************* or current resident." Again I called to reiterate that the address was supposed to be on their do not contact and no further mail was to be sent here. Sadly in 2022 they decided to once again send an unwanted catalog to my address, this time in the name "*********************** or current resident.' I called a third time and the gentleman said "oh nobody updated your preferences.' Utter rubbish in my opinion as I had called twice prior. Regardless, the mail is unwanted. I have never heard of this company and will never utilize their services. I do not appreciate being harassed by mail and simply request that the BBB intervene and assist in stressing to this company to cease and desist sending any mail to any name at my address or sending any mail addressed to current resident, and remove my address immediately and permanently from their mailing lists and there is to be no further contact from them. My address is to be regarded as do not contact permanently.

      Please be aware, that we did not receive any of the communications from the BBB until a phone call on 6-14-22.  I apologize for the delay in response.

       

      We have removed the gentleman from our mailing lists.  It is possible that he would receive one additional mailing in the next few weeks, but that should be the last that he receives from us.

       

      We sincerely apologize for any aggravation that our mailings may have caused.
