This auto dealership is one of the worse that I have ever done business with. The vehicle purchased the summer of 2022 and within the first month of receiving the vehicle had to be repaired because it was overheating. We had to get that replaced and then it seems that every other month something else went wrong with this vehicle on this or that needed to be fixed/repaired. Let me bring you to 2023 where our radiator needed to be replaced and within 2 weeks of that item being replaced by this business' certified mechanic that the spark plugs and some hose went out and then 2 weeks after that "another type of hose" went out. I wasn't able to get a description of the second type of hose because the office manager ****** refused to allow me to speak when asking for an itemized receipt for which I looked and is required by law to do so in the state of ******. ****** was rudely and unjust with a hot head and only he could speak because he interrupted me several times when I initially was speaking to him bringing the issue to his attention. He doesn't listen or allow you to say on what you need to speak of. This is not how a business should be conducted at all; by not listening to the customer's concerns and just rudely interrupting them mid-sentence everytime and then saying that the customer is not allowing you to speak when they haven't said what they needed about the issue at hand. All in all I was just bringing it to this business' attention that an itemized receipt is needed to be given even if on repairs on a vehicle because we did pay in cash both times on the basic receipt we received but we shall never use this business again ever in our life times.
