            This is a horrible product. It stopped working after three weeks. Very difficult if not impossible for a senior citizen to use!

            *******, thank you for your review. We are sorry that your mother had problems with her tablet. While we constantly strive for perfection, and have maintained a 1% failure rate over the last 10 years, sometimes product failures still happen. As noted, we reached out to you within 2 hours to offer assistance and a product replacement or refund and you chose the latter, which we totally understand. However, since our company objective is for the betterment of our senior citizens, as our thousands of seniors can attest to, you seemed to take a failed product personally as some sort of a targeting to scam you and your mother. We can assure you that this was not the case - nor would it ever be. Upon receipt of the product return, you will be immediately refunded per our promise to you. Our best to you and your mother, In-Touch Tablets.
