I got a COVID test through them- what a mistake. My insurance paid them- I have a receipt from my insurance showing the payment. The lab continues to send me delinquent payment notices. Calling them made no difference, they just tried to re-**** my insurance which, of course, would not repeat pay them.Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP Response

Clinical Labs of Hawaii ran a COVID-19 testing site in ******* in August and told patients that it was free or would be referred to my insurance for coverage. I have now just received a **** for $120.00 for each test performed. In addition, when I call the patient billing line no one answers and the call drops. This seems like a scam.
