HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not work with you when they block your credit card. I'm travelling, which I told them about before I left and they blocked my card. I try to get it unblocked and they say they can send text or I can FAX over a bunch of sensitive info. I Send passport photo, Bank acct info, utility bills, Social Security Card and now 2 weeks later, still no F%&%^ing unblocked card. They refuse to handle it on the phone, just tell me to keep waiting, ask to speak to a supervisor and I will get a call back? Yeah right, I'm in another country, the whole time they say, I understand, but they do not, clearly. They are HORRIBLE. I am ripping up this card and never using it or flying Hawaiian again. You should choose to avoid barclays ad Hawaiian Airlines as well.

Just thought Id write a PSA for anyone considering taking a flight on Hawaiian Airlines. I suggest you dont if at all possible if you dont want to be potentially ripped off several hundred dollars. The night before my flight back in June of last year, I get an email saying my flight got cancelled and that Ill be sent another email with my revised flight. Of course, I didnt have much time to wait so I called them at 3am. The guy taking my call says that my only option was a flight to LA 3pm-12am. I will admit here that while I knew it wouldnt take me all the way to my destination: I felt pressured by both the time constraint and the call center. Also he didnt mention that there wouldnt be any possible refund or credit after the changes otherwise I wouldve thought twice. So I was blindsided when I later found something that was better and went on those flights instead then called for a credit for the flight that was not taken. I was told that it wasnt possible unless I cancel the whole flight going back. Soon after the trip, I sent out an email to voice my complaint but it was completely ignored. Even called a month later to check in on why there was no reply back(email replies state a month eta) and was told they would deal with mines soon. (They didnt) In October, I asked someone at the desk about my dilemma. She said that I should still have credit for the flight I didnt end up taking. However when I called Hawaiian again in April to ask about applying it, they were unable to find records of it since it was past a year. Totally unfair since the forced flight change was made at the end of June, but apparently counts it towards when I booked the flight which was in March. As someone whos lived in ****** my whole life, I have never been so poorly serviced in my life that this is the very first time that I feel compelled to write this out to warn people about this scam of a business.

I am older so I have been through things. Hawaii Airlines is the worst human group, business I have ever experienced. They are cold blooded. They say they are sorry but they are not. If they are sorry they will try to find a solution for the customer. I purchased tickets for 4 people. 3 of us are still traveling as the original itinerary. The 4th person has already left country. I requested credit or refund 3 weeks before the departure date. There are still plenty of time to sell an isle seat to ****** in the middle of summer. Hawaii airline rejected because all tickets are non-refundable and none transferrable. I understand the policy but my 4th passenger has left the country and she is not coming back in a year. I have sent the proof of her ticket of leaving. This is an absolute loss. The policy only works when the person is still in the country and eligible to travel. I paid the tickets and I am asking the credit is back to my own use, not the 4th passenger because she didn't pay it. I did. I am the customer here.

Hawaiian Airlines appears to be tracking my booking as Im trying to make reservations. When I find a flight that fits the cost or mileage I want to expend, I log out to discuss my choice with a companion flyer. When log back in within the next 10 minutes, I find the price/mileage has increased. When this happened after selecting another flight at the lower cost/mileage, I decided to log out and log back in with several alternate flights to fool it. I was able to find a flight at the lower price/mileage and purchased it. But when I checked the receipt it was for the higher cost/mileage. I complained to Hawaiian but they responded saying the altered price/mileage depended on demand. How is it possible for a price/mileage to change within a second of the purchase? I have photos of the confirmed purchase at the lower price/mileage and the receipt at the higher price/mileage. HA is using a system to track our IP address and manipulate our choices. Foul play!

My seat was changed without notice. I explained to them, I have ptsd and I picked my original seats so I don't get trigger. I was told, next time book a private jet.

If I could give negative stars to Hawaiian airlines I would do so but I can't. Hawaiian airlines is the worst airlines I have dealt with as a traveler. After booking a few flights for family members from HNL to Vegas, the prices fluctuated so much from $600 to $720 to $820 to $900 all within a span for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous and all due to "demand". **************** was of no help and said they are unable to do anything about it. There wasn't an once of empathy or understanding, no recommendations or advice. We decided to wait it out and book two one way tickets which helped alleviate the cost. I think this would have been not as painful if their customer service wasn't such a pain.

I've been trying to get this problem which happened back in December 21st 2022 resolved, Knowing they the Airlines have a "statute of limitation" (2 years) regarding dispute resolution, I'm at the END of my leash... I'm looking for any *************************** Hawaiian Airlines online Complaint Form doesn't ********* 2) Spoke to a "CUSTOMER" care "AGENT" who after 4, 1 hour long calls informed me they were an OUT-SOURCED agency in the **********'s, Which explained the terrible Mis-communication issue's. CON 3) Agent said I should have been e-mailed a confirmation # that she said is the ONLY Way she could help me resolve the issue. CON 4) If they won't comply to my request... I'll seek legal ADVICE. PRO Following is a Chronicle Report of the Event.Passenger's: Myself, My ************** & Daughter-In-Law 08/10/2022. Purchased R/T Tickets from ******** to ***********, set to fly out 12/21/2022, to attend ******'s 21st Birthday on 12/24/2022.Arrived at the airport Approx 10:00am (Departure 13:15pm), we reached the counter Agent at 11:15/30. While processing, a 2nd (Mahu) Agent asked if we filled out the NZeT form? I asked what that form was and what was it needed for, Agent quickly explained without it we couldn't fly to *********** (wtf) I said we never heard of it!! So he showed us his phone and said Download the website and fill the form out & immediately asking us to move to the side so as to assist other Passengers, the website wasn't functioning properly it took us up to 12:15ish when the agent announced the doors will now be closed and will No longer be taking anymore tickets. We asked them for help to be told there was nothing they could do and walked away. Keeping my composure I said let's go home... There were families there that were split up because the NZeT website wasn't working Properly. The Next flight wasn't until 12/24/2022, ** is a day ahead of the ** so we would've missed the Birthday. The NZeT website wasn't posted Until 12/22/2022.

Terrible services from the Hawaiian Airlines Pualani Elite Agent. Called to change my return flight and was told I would need to pay the fare difference. No problem. The agent quoted me $70 per person which was fine. Total $140. She takes my payment information and again repeats there will be a $140 charge. Soon after she informs me that my total will be $370. When questioned about the big increase, she indicated that while she was processing my payment, the price went up to $174 per person. I again questioned and she indicated that there was nothing she could do. Unfortunately, I had to pay the huge increase due to that I had to return one day later than supposed to. Several days later I call Pualani Elite and spoke to the supervisor on duty and she also told me that there was nothing she could do. Even if it was a "Bait and Switch" she could not do anything. I wrote an email to Hawaiian Airlines and have not gotten a response. After being a Pualani Platinum member and loyal Hawaiian Airlines customers for many, many years it is sad that they don't care about their elite status members. I am planning to utilize other airlines if they don't address this issue.

Very, very terrible on time record. I had to go to Kauai from Oahu weekly for the past 2 months and there was a 3 week span where at least one leg of the round trip there was a 2 hour or more delay either going to Kauai and returning to Oahu. On the other weeks of travel, there were still delays like 30 minutes or so. My mother have plans to come to Oahu for a PET Scan cause they can't do it on Kauai. Appointment time at 10:30a. She was scheduled on an earlier flight. Of course, not surprisingly that flight is delayed. Very stressful for my 89 yo mother and 93 yo father to be waiting at the airport not knowing how much longer the flight delay will be. It's already delayed an hour. Wondering whether she'll make her appointment on time. Sad that Hawaiian Airlines is so unreliable that you have to schedule coming to Oahu a day in advance just to be safe you'll make your appointment on time. I'd rate them a zero, but there's no stars for that. I wish Aloha Airlines was still around.

I paid $100 ( one way ) to upgrade leg room. I received less legroom that the worst economy seat I've ever seen. I actually had to sit diagonally! Good thing the seat next to me was empty. When I ask the flight attendant for assistance and the possibility of moving he was out out and did not assist. To add insult to injury the row had no windows. Later another flight attendant got snarky with my wife for asking if there was anything vegetarian that she could eat. Terrible airline. Never again.
