Between the bad customer **********************, the lack of communication, the rudeness and the horrible condition of their vehicles I would never wish this on anyone. I was ready to eat my $250 dollars just so I did not have to travel back to the airport with the same company. I wish I would have, seems on the way back to the airport the van that we had that time when it rained it poured inside the vehicle all over my daughter and our things. The company will not return my calls or emails and they do not care about anything.Review from Annette H.

If I could give negative stars, I would! We were scheduled with Speedi Shuttle through ****************** we paid for round trip transportation. First off Speedi Shuttle was late picking us up. When we did find them the loading of the shuttle was not organized. But that was not the bad part. On the retune trip I tried calling them to confirm our pickup. I was on hold for over an hour before the hung up, TWICE! They never showed up. We hired another shuttle to get us to the airport just in time to make our flight. I contacted ******************* to let them know and request a refund. Speedi Shuttle LIED to Southwest and stated we were a no show So in addition to being unorganized and not picking us up they are LIERS! I will never recommend or use Speedi Shuttle or *******************. Shame on Southwest, they should do their homework be for booking the customers with this or any company, Speedi Shuttle has horrible reviews, and all the complaints are the same. Do NOT rely on this company! Worst shuttle ever!
