Manager of the Building, is emotionally and Mentally abuse to Senior. Goes in Recreation room and laundry room and cuts off lights. Tells people he will evict them. We try to find out who owns the building or who he reports to. But the numbers on our lease is disconnected and the numbers on the website is disconnected accept for his office number. Every number we finds leaves back to him. We as Seniors would like to report his behavior towards Seniors to his Boss. But can find Know information of who to talk to. They need to know how he is running this building. Please help us.
