Hello,On February 1st, I purchased a 2011 ***** Cruze from this business for $8,700 thought to be in good condition. However, not even 4 days later on the morning of February 4th, the car broke down on the side of the road. I towed the vehicle to a local Chevrolet dealership to have it inspected. Upon inspection, that dealership told me that I would need a complete engine replacement due to a melted gasket head. However, the dealership told me that the melted gasket head was due to a previous repair of someone installing the water pump incorrectly. I then reached out to Serve Auto Group on February 16th, where they ignored my calls until I was finally able to reach them on February 21st. They informed me that it was not "possible" for that to be happening and blamed the problem on me. However, even though the problem was my fault according to them, they offered to replace the engine with myself only covering the labor. So I decided to have the vehicle towed there on February 22nd. Since then, until todays date of May 22nd, they have told me that they are unable to find any engines compatible, and are unable to fix the vehicle at this time. I am just looking for a replacement or refund from the company, as the original vehicle was only functional for 4 days.
