I have graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa back in July 2021 and was contacted when I would receive my diploma. It has been nearly 5 months since the designated time stamp of delivery and I was given no information to track the package but instead told that I can purchase a copy. I want to know what happened to my diploma and when I will receive it because I have put a lot of time, effort, and money into earning this degree. I just want my diploma given to me like it was supposed to be as this is unfair that other classmates who live out of state have received theirs promptly and with little issue yet I, a local resident only and island away, have issues and can only buy a copy to replace the diploma I never received in the first place.Business response

As *********************************, was a former ******** (***) student, details related to his student ********* record are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99). As such, we are unable to share information from Mr. ******* ********* record without prior authorization from him.
The *** Administration has been in touch with Mr. ***** regarding the details of Mr. ******* complaint with regard to his diploma and graduation date and will work to resolve concerns expressed directly with him.
Mahalo for your understanding. We will await your confirmation of receipt of this email response and confirmation of closure on the BBB side while we continue to address through campus channels.
