On February 10, 2022, we $549.74 for a package of three dog training ******s that we were told (by ************************************, and later by *************************) would include both zoom and in person ******s. We had one ****** by zoom that didn't work well because of connectivity issues and our dog's issues are about being outside of the home. ****** said the next ****** would be in person. ******** said there would be mid-April in person dates, then June, then July, and now it is September.Since that time, Hauoli Hounds has refused to refund any part of our money or to schedule any in-person training ******s. They have since moved to another island (Kauai) and told us they would try to schedule ** when they come back for vacation on Oahu but have not done so. In the meantime, our dog's behavioral issues worsened, she got kicked out of her boarding kennel, and we had to hire another training company. Hau`oli Hounds refuses to any partial refund and still will not schedule us.Business response

****** has been a student of Hau'oli Hounds since February of 2020 with their original dog. We, ******** and **************************************, owners of Hau'oli Hounds, have lived on Kauai full time since 2016. We have performed in-person and **** services with all of our students throughout the pandemic; notwithstanding, quarantine regulations, illness, student vacations, with success. Hau'oli Hounds encourages students to work with multiple dog companies that fit their style, schedule, and needs. Hau'oli Hounds does not refund unused sessions, as stated in our policies (attached). We have an in-person appointment scheduled and continue to offer **** sessions. No refund will be given at this time. ************************
