Business unauthorized a charge thus committed credit card fraud. Membership was not used yet owner ***************** who oversees operations everyday says otherwise. When asked to cancel membership two years ago he stated that the two years had to go through a process when the contract was finished. When the contract finished questioned him about the charges and he hung up telephone in frustration. Irresponsible businessman.Business response

This customer did not sign the cancellation paperwork to cancel his membership. He signed the contract stating that there is a 30 day cancellation and written cancellation paperwork which was not done. All memberships roll over after the membership end date to a month to month contract. Our billing company ******************** has email the customer and sent 3 letters to let the customer know that there account is delinquent.
