I took my 12 year old daughter to fantastic sams to get a trim. We specifically said 1/2 an inch.. The stylist took it upon herself to give my daughter a completely new layered hairstyle. I had to sit on the other side of the salon due to covid protocol and when the stylist started cutting shorter, I didn't say anything because I thought maybe my daughter said to go a little shorter. Upon talking to my daughter, she said she did not tell the stylist to go shorter or layer. In addition to it not being what we asked for, it is very uneven. I brought it up with the ************ stated that they would cut her hair again to fix it. But at that point my daughter did not want them to touch her hair and make it even shorter. They refused to give a refund because they wanted to fix her hair instead. We do not trust them to do her hair anymore nor is it fair that she should have to cut her hair even shorter for their mistake. The manager was very rude & argumentative.Paid $31.41 via debit card
