      I received a bill from Kaiser for services rendered at ************* ER. When the bill came it had info about seeking help with paying my medical bill??? I have HMSA as a Federal retiree and Im a 60% disabled Veteran with medical benefits. After calling their billing # on (3) occasions, I then contacted HMSA Customer Relations who contacted them on (3) occasions. Typically the is 30 minutes or more at their billing # and nothing is ever resolved. HMSA basically begged them to send the bill, still no bill? After all this they are still texting, emailing, and mailing me the bill. It would really be helpful if the billing personnel at ************* would give their attending Physicians the patients insurance info. That way the patient doesnt receive an application for ***************** when they already have it. What a mess Kaiser billing office is! Its horrible dealing an entity that does not follow through and serve their patients any better than thus??

      I have had 2 therapy appts canceled in a row for 2 months in a row and this is my third one. Kaiser refuses to settle with the union and leaving their customers to be without any mental health coverage. I pay for this service but am not getting it. This after having to wait for 6 months to get my first appointment and it was just an assessment. Then another 2 months to get an actual appointment. Very irresponsible to be negligent in mental health care for so long. Then I was going to have to wait for another 2 months to see a psychologist/psychiatrist, but I complained to my therapist and she let me know that a new one just started and I luckily got to get in sooner. But had I not complained, I would have have had to wait almost a full year to get the proper treatment needed. Its been a struggle to get mental health taken care of on Maui. Something needs to be done immediately and stop the ***** negotiations settled. Kaiser makes money hand over fist, but refuses to take care of their paying customers in a humane timely manner

      Absolutely disappointed with Kaiser. I've been a long time member of over 20 years and I am seeking other options. They have FIRED one of the best medical assistants they every had! Someone that was with me through four of my pregnancies. Someone that made me feel safe and confident. All of this because they refused to give her an exemption to the vaccine mandate! I feel safer with her UNVAXED over some of their VAXED doctors their! I am appalled that I always recommended Kaiser to my family and friends. I will be definitely steering them away.
