I reserved a room at Alohilani Resort ******** ****** for the nights February 15th through February 22nd 2024 at a cost of 2816 Canadian dollars or 2065 USD. Friday February 9th, Friday of a Canadian long weekend, I lost my wallet containing all my identification and credit cards. Recovery of these before my departure was not possible, so I contacted my booking agent and canceled my flights, car rental and resort reservations on Saturday February 11th. Sixth car rental gave a full refund. Air Canada gave an in full cash credit. Alohilani resort kept every ***** even though I canceled five days ahead. I am seeking a full refund, barring that I seek a partial refund. Thank YouBusiness response

Aloha,
Mr. ********************* booked his reservation directly through Expedia. His reservation was made for a non-fundable booking. We have looked through our records, but we do not have any information on Expedia reaching out to the property to cancel his reservation. However, understanding Mr. ******* situation as a gesture of our goodwill we will refund back his reservation via Expedia. Due to the nature of his reservation with Expedia, we cannot refund directly to him and will be handled with Expedia.
We shall carry out this today.
