      On June 13th. I visited ******** ************* in ************ ** I met with the financial consultant ***************** and I decided to move an IRA ******* to Pacific Guardian Life ********************************** ******** ****** 96814-3698 ************** on his recommendation.I gave *** a check for $81,269 *** informed me I would be receiving a packet from PGL in about a week.On June 22, 2023 I noticed my check was cashed by Pacific Guardian Life but I still have not received anything from this company no packet, no email, no correspondence at all.It's now been 11 days since the check was cashed.I have called the company and have been unable to get through to anyone The prompt says all agents are busy and to hold for the next rep.a few minutes later a message tells me to leave my name and phone number and someone will call back I left a message for ***************** but have not heard back.At this point I am frustrated and concerned about my $81,000 I have not been given a policy number although it's been 10 days.Please help me If possible I would like my money back without a penalty added Thanks for your help *******************

      I cannot reach this company which does not answer phone. I have left several voice mail messages and never a call back. I tried several times to e-mail but doesn't accept my e-mails. A month ago I bought a annuity from them. Just want to know the status of the policy. This is a large insurance company and would like to know what is going on.
