Purchased Sept 4th, returned product to the address the company provided. Product was returned to us because the address was wrong. Tried to call the company and email. No answer. Product cost $7200 want a refund like promised. Dispute with ***************** Cant reach anyone and they are not taking responsibility for the return.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: October 28, 2022 As stated by other complaintants, this is a high-pressure sales scam. Everything is overpriced and you are highly pressure to purchase overpriced skin care products. The products (cream and "skin repair" machine) were used on me. I'm a strong person and can usually stand up to high-pressure sales but unfortunately left the store with some very expensive product that was going to be shipped to my home. A day after the purchase my face felt burned on one side and I was breaking out in places that could only be attributed to the product. Unfortunately I was on another island and couldn't return to demand my money back. Upon returning home, I unsuccessfully called the store twice, their numerous ****************** numbers (some phone numbers were for other businesses), and was always promised on three occasions they would get back to me. On the last call ***** told me that I had 14 days to return the product. I planned to send it back to get there within that period of time. I told her I was going to dispute the charges with AMEX the next day and also ship the product back IF I didn't hear back from them that day. I also told them I would file a complaint with the BBB. As before, I did not hear back. I shipped the product back 2-day Air and filed a dispute with AMEX. Five days after shipping the product from the west coast back to ******, the product was returned to me as "Refused ********** ************ is disreputable. I've learned a hard ******* I'm still waiting to hear back from AMEX on resolution of the dispute but don't expect a good outcome.Initial Complaint

On June 1, 2022, I verified reservations with confirmation number **********. It was for 6 bedrooms and a suite at the Hilton Hawaiian Village which were confirmed with 6 separate emails sent by Hilton for:$17,289.42 PREMIUM 1BDR SUITE,$ ******** RNBW DLX OCNFRT 1 KING **** $ ******** RNBW DLX OCNFRT 2 DBL BEDS, $ ******** RNBW DLX OCNFRT 1 KING ****$ ****** RNBW DLX OCNFRT 2 DBL BEDS,$ ****** RNBW DLX OCNFRT 1 KING ****$29,376.47 Total. All reservations were for 7 nights from October 10 to November 6, 2022 with the exception of $******** which was for October 10 to November 5, 2022.Please note PREMIUM 1BDR SUITE means a suite and 1 bedroom.On November ****, 2022 Ms ************** of Hilton explained the following additional charges:$ ****** parking,$ ****** beach activity,$ ***** guarantied connecting fee, $ ***** guarantied connecting fee, $ ***** guarantied connecting fee, $ ****** Total. Hilton was unable to find any additional charges that I incurred.So I believe the correct total is $ ********* = $29,376.47 + $******. Hilton has billed my credit card:$18,082.71 November 6,$ ******** November 6,$ ******** November 6,$ ******** November 6,$ ******** November 5,$ ********* total.This makes the overcharged amount $********* - $********* = $3,131.18.Initial Complaint

9/5; I had a reservation from 9/5 - 9/7. The room I got had problems and the hotel was not proactively solve the issue ; instead they kept wasting my time without giving a solution. I went into the ********** area of the hotel and was approached by ****** who of course gave us samples of the cream and instead of walking away when she strongly pursued my husband I down the walkway we went in and she applied the eye cream with very fast and noticeable results. I asked a lot of questions and went against my better judgement and fell for the scam. It was at a lower price than originally discussed however the high pressure sales of more products and the **** approved light therapy machine was not welcomed. We were given a coupon to go down to the big shop at Marriott for a facial by a world class esthetician however when she started to walk us down their and my husband wanted to go put out bag of stuff that we purchased in our room instead of carrying it down the street to the other hotel ****** did an about face and decided to cram us in to her small little room and do a half attempt at applying some other creams and attempted selling the ******* device to use all the way down to the low price of ******* by saying she may have a damaged box one and literally went back out front and rummaged through the display case and couldnt find one and took a box that was dusty abd gross off top shelf behind register and ripped the plastic on. She had not noticed me witnessing that as she hadnt closed the door. Needless to say we left and I should have checked product boxes before coming home but was advised that you only use serum 1 x per week at night and when I opened the box last night to use it the box wasnt sealed and the syringe is completely empty!!!!! ******* product which I paid only ****** is a complete scam. Total theft of my money! I saw her a couple more times on the strip before we left and no wonder she was laughing. I want a full refund however it does say exchange only on receipt and I want to exchange the scammed empty one for a brand new full syringe with the product!!! Absolutely criminal to do that to people.Initial Complaint

2 transactions on same date, May 21, 2021. 1st purchase was receipt #****-10346LC1, in the amount of $293.19,which I took back to the hotel. 2nd purchase to be shipped to home, in ********, to arrive upon return from vacation, receipt #****-10347LC1, in the amount of $3,853.40. I returned next day to return my unopened purchase and to stop shipment. They refused to accept return &stated they couldn't stop shipment & take it home & use it & return everything with the shipment when I got home. The package arrived 5/28, b/4 I returned. My son took to *** next day,return to sender next day. I alerted my credit card while on vacation, as i thought Troffoire might be unethical. Truffoire returned the package back to me, 7/7 but claim never rec'd. AmExpress advised me not to return again, to hold on to it, unopened. I have done as instructed. My credit card, Am Expess is getting no where. Truffoire is stating, I didn't return within 14 ***** ****** never received the returned package. More
