Beware-Beware!!Dont be lured in by the sales representatives outside the Truffoire store at Hawaiin Hilton Village and go in the store. they say they are promoters not sales reps but they ARE sales reps. . I dont get lured in to stores but I felt sorry for the guy and went in and that just led me down a terrible path where I was taken advantage of to the tube if $5000 because if my age. They are really savvy/smooth at pulling the wool over your eyes and getting you to like them and buy their expensive products with all their discounts and giveaways. BEWARE they do not do refunds as you would think a high end store would do as their excuse is they are a 3rd party store which is what I learned upon trying to cancel my order ****************************************************************************************** fir two weeks since I would not get bk home till then. ******, Mgr, was very convincing but it was all a very smooth conman sales strategy that I fell for against my better judgement. I felt overwhelmed and capitulated thinking I could cancel my order as soon as left the store. Upon getting to my room ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* they cant cancel my order and can only offer me another discount which is just ridiculous since it wasnt even an hour old when I called to cancel. So much for high end customer service. Upon looking online I see that there has been a lot of other people whove had this experience. This store has been around for a while so I cant imagine how many other people have been swindled. They should tell/ caution the customer at check out what the balance is and state that there is no refund so the customer understands exactly what they are undertaking!!! This would save a lot of grief and misunderstanding espec in a world where were used canceling orders when done early with NO penalties!

Horrible customer service. ****, insulting, racially profiled. Unsatisfactory how things was handled. Even tried to kicked us and we are 73 years old.

Truffoire in Hilton Hawaain is totally a SCAM!!! I was told that if Im not happy and satisfied with the product I can return and get a refund! *** the sales rep is full of S*** with a stinky breath and the manager Eliano is a great liar!!! At first they gave me a number to call but its a scam!!! Its not their corporate number at all!!! I called them so many times and was been told that someone will call me to rectify the issue BUT no one did!!! These people are good at victimizing customers!!! They tried to fool everyone!!! BEWARE of this place or this product because theyre not REAL!!!! I hope **** comes around goes around!!!! They will get KARMA in doing these to customers!!!! Shame on you *** & ELIANO!!!!! God will take care of this evil acts you do to your customers!!!!
