Bought a couples massage on Groupon for $150 for the first time. Arrived to the place as scheduled and was told that they dont honor Groupon vouchers and its better to pay in person I was really confused at first but then I somewhat understood being that in person prices were actually $120, so I paid after my service and also included a tip. She told me that she will void voucher but after leaving I realized the voucher was actually redeemed & I paid twice. Attempted to resolve the issue but the language barrier is a big issue they seem to not understand anything that I am explaining. So in total I paid $300. $150 for Groupon voucher . And $120 for massage in person + $30 tip = $300.I would like a refund.Business response

Hello, I just saw this email today, but they have already executed it themselves. Their bank has not paid. I have also told Groupon that they are not paying on both sides. I have already emailed them, and their comments are still there. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am rejecting this response because not only did I check all of my accounts, I called my bank to see if they could find a refund and they did not find a refund either. Please issue the refund and stop delaying the process even longer.

I am rejecting this response because: The businesses response has been to wait two weeks however they said they refunded the amount more than two weeks ago, which is an obvious lie. If they did process the refund already then I understand that the refund process takes more than two weeks. However I have been waiting 3 months since the complaint has been filed for a refund. Unless the business still has not processed a refund, I should not be waiting three months for this refund to have been started.

I have yet to receive the refund. I have checked all of my bank accounts and have even called my bank to confirm that ******** still has not refunded any amount whatsoever. Thank you and let me know if there is any further clarification needed.
