I hired DeVries & Associates in March 2021 to write a Will and Trust for our family. I paid $2,931.94 for the flat service fee in March. I signed a DocUsign contract and filled out the questionaire that the office sent me. It is now November 2021 and I never recieved the documents I paid for. I have not received any correspondance from DeVries & Associates since May 2021. There is no longer a Kona office. I drove down there when no one answered my August or September emails. I called and left voicemails on 11/8/21 and 11/9/21. No one ever answers the phone. I fear we have been scammed. I want help getting our money back. My husband, *** and I run a small business and have four (soon to be five) children. We trusted this firm with our personal information and paid hard earned money for a service which was not rendered.Customer response

On 11/15/21 ****** ******* emailed me all of our documents: our Trust, Will, and Powers of Attorney. I am glad that I finally received a response and that Porter honored our contract. Thank you for your assistance!
