I have reached out to property management multiple times since August 2023 and they have refused to let me remove my name from the lease and refused to acknowledge that I would NOT like to renew monthly. I asked for proof of any month to month lease that I have signed and they can not provide any documentation of a month to month lease that I agreed to or have signed. Now they are threatening to report negatively on my credit report if I dont pay the balance on the rent after I have continuously told them I do not want to renew and asked how to remove my name. When I ask for proof of a signed lease they just send me my original lease I signed for a year that was only for 2020-2021 I would like to be taken off the lease, I would like nothing to be reported to my credit report as there is no proof or signed document that I agreed to these month to month leases and I would like the business to stop contacting me and calling me asking for payment

I am a former tenant of Oishi Property Management (OPM). I moved out from the rented apartment on Oct 25 2022. On Nov 4 2022 OPM sent me an invoice (ATTACHEMENT 1) for payment owed in regards to ******** related to move out repair expenses on the apartment. On Dec 10 2022 I sent a letter (ATTACHEMENT 2) disputing some of those billed expenses. The expenses I disputed were "Plumbing Slow drain in bath sink/tub/L tray", "Repairs toilet seat cover", "Installed a 9V battery in the smoke alarm" and "Parking Decal Not Returned" for a total disputed amount of $397.21, details are in ATTACHEMENT 2 letter. On Jan 4 2023 OPM replied to my dispute offering adjustments to some of the expenses (ATTACHEMENT 3) with a total adjusted balance of $236.79. However I am still not satisfied with this, particularly the lingering expenses regarding the "Parking Decal", "smoke alarm 9V battery" and "Toilet Seat repairs". I believe these expenses are still frivolous and excessive. For "Parking Decal" I am being charged $10 (from the original $20 before my initial dispute) for a sticker decal I already return, albeit it was late but this was due to my initial dispute so it makes the fee moot. For "smoke alarm 9V battery" I am being charged $10 (from original $20 before dispute) for the replacement of a 9V battery, which is already after I pointed out I was double charged for it. Lastly for "Toilet Seat repairs" I am being charged $40 for tightening bolts, the toilet seat was not changed or damaged by me. Again I believe most of these charges are far in excess. I have already disputed and negotiated (as seen from attachments) the earlier ********/charges. I have met them half way with those, I would just like OPM to now meet me half and do the right thing and reduce or completely remove these charges.

On November 25 we noticed that the ceiling was leaking water from the apartment above. Now the light fixture does not work. We called Oishi Property Management November 28. Nobody answered on November 26 and 27. **** said he took care of the plumbing problem in the apartment above. He said he will need to fill out a report. He did not say anything about repairing our ceiling water leak. We have not received a response from Oishi Property Management. Our bathroom is starting to have on order. Our floors are wet from the leak from the apartment above. The bathroom light fixture does not work.

I moved out of a condo on March 2, 2022 which is managed by Oishi's Property Management. I lived there from March 2018 to March 2022. My deposit was $1735. My apartment was in great shape and the Oishi's Property Management Representative told me I would get back my deposit with the exception of minor wear and tear. I believe that wear and tear is the owners responsibility, especially since I lived there for 4 years. I do owe for a smoke detector, a regular smoke detector. The apartment was not freshly painted when I moved in. I told the representative that I will not be paying to have the apartment painted. He agreed. I paid $400 for a move out cleaner (which included carpet cleaning), $150 to have the drapery cleaned (by a preferred vendor recommended by Oishi's), $30 to have the condo sprayed for fleas and insects. I provided receipts to the representative. It has been almost 8 weeks since I moved out and I have not received my deposit. I have e-mailed the representative multiple times. First he told me they will mail it after 14 days. Then he told me the check was mailed. Then he told me he will ask the new tenants in the apartment I moved out of if they have it. I asked him to cancel the check and re-issue it, send it via Federal Express and provide me with the tracking number. He refuses, only to say it has been mailed. I believe they are stealing my deposit because I moved to Canada and they are located in Hawaii. They are being dishonest because they know I moved to a different country and I can't exactly drive down to their offices. They are also being dishonest in their move out paperwork. When preparing the documents to attach to this request, I noticed they circled the box that states the carpets were not cleaned. However, the carpets were professionally steam cleaned. It clearly states it on the cleaning receipt. You can also see in the photos the carpet was cleaned. They are keeping money I am entitled to just because they think they can.
