1st complaint:Moved into Kinoole Senior Residence at ******************************* on March 2018.Security Deposit $921.00 monthly Rent $468.00 with Section Housing. In addition, I was verbally told that I would have to pay $14.50 for ******** Bulk. Not clear what this is but in addition I am having ******** Services for my Television in my apartment. (There is ******************************************************************************************* Hawaiian Tel) I inquired what is ******** Bulk with Management and the answer I get that this was here when the Apartment Building opened 15 years ago. (That is not an answer for me). I called ******** and they do not understand what that is.(Currently everyone pays $20.00 cash monthly (management do not want a check cash only) which totals to $580.00 and $6,960.00 a year)As of June 2022 I canceled ******************** for my Television and have Hawaiian Tel for my wifi services only, so why do I have to pay for ******** Bulk, management says I have to, what????????2nd complaint:Received Voucher from Section 8 for Total Contract Rent from $1050.00 to $1280.00 and received letter from Kinoole Senior Residence dated 7/11/22 that our security deposit is $1, 150.00 and we need to pay off balance of $229.99 starting 8/1/22 of $46.0 to 12/22 last payment of $45.00. I did not know you can continue to increase a security deposit, so I paid $921.00 and add $229.00 which is a total of $1,150.00.I never paid an increase in all the homes I have rented, it was always a one time deal, which would cover if you missed a payment and they would use that security deposit, of course you would have to put another. Never increasing especially by Section 8.Business response
