On 06/05/2023 my fianc and I were approached by a man who had a nervous disposition and anxious demeanor and another quiet gentleman wearing Aloha Sunshine Tours name tags and claiming to be able to provide us a discounted rate on a tour of Pearl ****** were we to sit through a 90 minute presentation about some sort of vacation sales thing. Upon searching here on the BBB website I saw the company to be at an A rating, so I made the assumption that they were legitimate and agreed to purchase the tour for my fianc and myself. I was charged the 140$ (70 a piece) and we went out to eat. The next morning I woke up to a separate charge of 200$ and when I called to speak with someone I was told this was a preauth charge and I would be refunded as soon as I did the 90 minute class. We did the class, and were never ever refunded the 200$ unauthorized charge. Then upon starting the tour we were exposed to a completely unpatriotic and disgusting abuse of sites that commemorate the men who lost their lives defending the people of this island, bashing ******* and spouting off opinions that had nothing to do with fact. When I provided a valuable point based in complete fact that negated every point he thought that he had made throughout the tour, he answered with a response dripping with Distain for ***************** and praised the disgusting evil empire that was ww2 japan. I felt like the whole thing was meant to cast this great country in a completely negative light and paint us a invaders rather than our true role, PROTECTORS. I was refunded 140$, and am still 200$ out from this company as they claim to know nothing about the unauthorized charge by their company. Please help me to get this resolved.
