I ordered a filtration system and paid in full. And never received the product I asked for a refund and was avoided. The owner kept telling me hed ***** me but didnt I filed a dispute with my card company. They gave me temporary refund. The owner sent fictitious screen shots showing he refunded the money thru Venmo. I balled Venmo and I have a case # and name showing HDC products did not refund to my account.Business response

********** is running a scam; he purchased a product (repeat customer) from us then his customer changed their mind, and he requested a refund long before the delivery due date. He paid via Credit Card and refused his refund via check or the original Credit Card and insisted on making the transaction with Venmo. Sending $2,100.00 to a person from a business is difficult and unusual, we went through a lot of effort and refunded him via Venmo in several transactions totaling $2,150.00. *** denied ever receiving any refunds at all via the Venmo account from the beginning, but yes, we do have the CC and Venmo receipts to back up the truth.
It is not possible to 'Fake' a Venmo receipt that we sent him, nor is it possible to Venmo a party money then take it back.
