      ********************** from Atmo Systems called us to ask if we had filed a BBB complaint, and I stated that we had no choice since he did not provide us the filters or fix the machine. He said that he would fix the machine if we took the complaint down, which I refused. After taking the filters that we bought from **** (on our own since he did not provide any from his company), his employee put in cheaper ones. After multiple promises to send a repair technician, the machine is still not working. They have only given ** false promises and horrible customer service. They did not return the ********************?s inquiry, and the complaint was closed. This issue was NOT resolved.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We purchased an ATMO25 water cooler from Atmo Systems' sale person, ******, in 2019, for $2,423. We were instructed to clean and maintain the machine monthly. We were also informed to change out the filters per the schedule. We inquired with ****** as to how to obtain the filters. He said he would get us the filters. We looked on the machine for any information to obtain the filters ourselves, but there was no information, and none in the booklet he left with us. We asked him for help in acquiring the filters. He said he would get the filters for us, but he never did. Sometimes, the machine would stop making cold water. We figured out on our own that we needed to change the wastewater basket on the side of the cooler every time it was full in order for the machine to continue making cold water. A couple of times, there was a gross, slimy film in the basket. We saw ****** at a sales event and asked him for the filters. He said he would check his warehouses. None. This past December 2022, the machine stopped working, and we begged ****** for help. We had to buy cases of water. He said his technician would fly in and service the machine in mid-January. The tech did not arrive. We bought filters that looked the same off of **** and asked him to come and install them since we didn't want to break them. ******'s helper came in February but could not install them (different top). ****** asked his helper to bring the filters to him. That was a mistake! I asked ****** to return the filters, but ****** said he should have new ones in a week (by 2/18/23). I again asked for the filters back so I could get a refund from ****, and he said he would save us the trouble and swap them out for the correct ones. It's 2/27/23 and still no filters and no repair person. If we had kept our water delivery service, it would only have cost us $1800 for the past 3 years. ****** from Atmo Systems has given us only false promises and bandaid solutions. AVOID
