The incident happened on the 26th of July. I was charged $81.25 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. When I was receiving the manicure the lady doing my nails was rude and ******* me even though the salon was nearly empty. The very next day half of the nail polish from my nails had been chipped so I called right away and complained that I have had a bad experience and I would like to be refunded. The employee told me he will refund the mony on my cc at the end of the evening. He did not. "On Tuesday he texted me that it will be easier for me to come to the shop to get my money back" after that the same morning I received a message from the same number asking me what do I want to do? I texted back that I will be right over to get my refund.I had my 19 month old baby that I was carrying. I came inside and the Employee guy whom has promised me my refund looked my nails and told me I need to know the name of the person who did my nails. How would I know? There is 20 employees. Its not my job to know that. He said they will not give me a refund but maybe fix my nails. He was yelling at me and my baby was very scared. I told him he needed to calm down because my child is scared. They wouldnt refund me for the awful nail job
