Impressed by our neighbors home we called Maui Powerwashing.He gave me a quote of 2K to power wash our house, driveway, entrance, fences, ************ area. Unfortunately, we discovered several issues. Before I begin, I must say, his guys worked very hard only to be pushed & rushed by owner. He complained about how dirty the house was & losing money because it was taking so long to complete. He was extremely unprofessional, had poor customer ************* mission was in and out and getting paid, period. We had to advocate for ourselves while he was ********* didnt like it. My husband said, Look if I can rub dirt off the house, with my fingers, then its not clean. ****** actually rubbed ******* was dirty. We understand that some things cant come off (rust/stained areas) but if it does with a swipe of the hand. Its not clean. He scolded his guys for missing the spot & taking too long. He rushed his guys to finish. There are still areas that have not been cleaned & I have photos that I can share. He said our house a dirty fing s*** ********* were giving him a white glove test. It was a finger swipe & dirty houses is his business. He told my husband that he was being aggressive & intimidating. My husband was not, he was advocating for the job to be completed. Side note, ****** is over 6 tall & my husband is 5 6.My husband had to ask for an ************ typed it up on his phone while mentioning GE taxes would apply. Of course was our response. We paid him check & GE taxes before he left, even though his invoice said Net 30. To which he said, It better clear or Ill come back & tear it up. He was being **************************** still have to clean a few places that were missed in the rush. Receiving a comment like that (It better clear or Ill come back and tear it up. ) from the owner that youre allowing on your property to service is unsettling & I felt *************************** should know. It appears there is NO aloha from Maui Powerwashing.
